Alright, we're taking the summer off!  Don't worry though, we'll be back to continue the show again on Friday 9/5 at 6p just before our first high school football broadcast of the year (click HERE to view our KELA AM 1470 and our KMNT 104.3 FM football schedules).  "Off the Bench" is the show on KELA where we talk all about the local sports scene with our expert (yes, we use that term loosely) panel of Ryan Trotter, Bob Dow, and Jonny Day!  We interview coaches and current players, as well as former local stars playing college or professional sports, like Centralia's own Lyle Overbay of the Toronto Blue Jays!  It's always an entertaining half hour of local sports talk!  You can listen to the show on KELA AM-1470 and online at KELAAM.com (click here for the link to the live stream).
